BMW 210mm Ring & Pinion 3.91 M12 (E46 E60 E90 M3/M5)
Crown and Pinion (used) to suit E36/E46 M3, E90 M3, E28/E34 M5, V8, V12 including E34 540i, 740i, 750i, 850i etc. These use M12 bolts. For LSDs which require M14 bolts use the Motorsport 210mm 3.91 ring and pinion. Generally when doing the E46 M3 diff upgrade with the E36 M3 LSD these are the correct gears to choose. These are generally on the shelf for fast delivery. These are used gears, guaranteed to be perfect when fitted by Diff Lab or a Diff Lab partner workshop.
These are the perfect upgrade for the E46 M3. For even more torque the 4.10 gear set is a good option too.
Why not add an LSD while you're changing the gear ratio? It's a good time to install and LSD while you're there. If installing locally, you will also need a differential rebuild kit. If your LSD is worn beyond acceptable limits, you can also install an LSD rebuild kit.
